These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of thebldcompany.com (the "Site") and any membership, program, or service offered by Fit Mama in 30, LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, doing business as The Bld Company ("Bld Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of Service
Bld Co. offers fitness and wellness membership programs (including BLD Strong, BLD Prenatal, BLD Postpartum, BLD Core, and BLD Fuel) delivered through our platform partner, Kajabi. Memberships are billed either through Kajabi or, for certain earlier subscribers, directly through Stripe.
2. Membership & Billing
- Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as selected at signup.
- You can manage or cancel your membership through your Kajabi account, or by contacting us at [email protected].
- Refunds: We generally grant refunds upon request. Any payment processing fees charged to us by our payment platforms (Kajabi and/or Stripe) for the original transaction will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Prices are subject to change; we will provide notice before any change affects your existing membership.
3. Fitness & Medical Disclaimer
Please read this section carefully.
Bld Co. programs involve physical exercise. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You should consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, or have any pre-existing medical condition.
- You participate in all workouts and programs voluntarily and at your own risk.
- Bld Co., its coaches, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our programs, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- Our programs are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on the Site or in our programs should be construed as medical advice.
- If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during a workout, stop immediately and consult a healthcare provider.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your membership login or account access with anyone else
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly share our program content, videos, or materials
- Use the Site or our programs for any unlawful purpose
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including workout videos, program materials, branding, and the Bld Co. name and logo — is owned by Fit Mama in 30, LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Site and our programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bld Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our programs. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
